We celebrated the 132nd birth anniversary of Dr. Ambedkar by first singing the Rajya Geet.

Dr Kalpana Salunkhe in her speech narrated the countless contribution of Dr Babasaheb in making of the present-day independent India. She explored his contribution in the field of economics, society, women empowerment and education.

Ms Shivani Chatta gave speech on the life of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar and described his dedication to empowering and voicing concerns for the downtrodden.

A skit was performed by a group of MCA I students-Ms. Shivani Chatta,Ms. Shreya Swami, Ms. Sneha Yangal, Ms Vaishnavi Tomar, Ms. Gauri Rathod, Ms. Vaishnavi Virkud, Ms. Kavita Sapkale. The theme was based on untouchability and injustice done to Dalits.

Then Ms Shivani Chatta played a video on the theme “Follow religion that teaches liberty, equality, and fraternity”.

Dr. Abhijeet Kaiwade concluded the event with vote of thanks.
