Ms. Najhat Shaikh and Ms. Aliya Shaikh, Founders, Chocolust by Naz-Al, conducted a workshop wherein they showed two recipes – brown corn and curd / creamcheese based sandwich and semolina pasta salad. They emphasized that today food market is highly driven by nutrition. She made the participants do a calorie count of both the recipes and compare it to is more popular alternative in the market. She shared about her entrepreneurial journey with the participants. She shared that she was 15 year old and her sister was all of 8 years when they both were driven by the idea of doing something for themselves. Chocolust is nearly 10 years old now and is well known in patisserie.

The participants were pre-informed about the ingredients that were needed for the dishes. They participated whole heartedly in the same and relished each other’s work of (food) art.
